Fonts from Adobe Fonts not showing up in Photoshop anymore

Community Beginner ,
Jul 12, 2019 Jul 12, 2019

I have selected some fonts from fonts.adobe.com. I used two of those fonts yesterday, but when I went to work on my project today, the fonts were no longer there.

I have checked that the fonts are still active on fonts.adobe.com, I have closed Photoshop and then opened it again, and I have rebooted my machine.

My CC libraries are still working, though.

Hi there,

That does not sound good, let's make it right.

As the fonts are not syncing in Photoshop, could you please check if the Creative Cloud desktop app is running in the background?https://creativepro.com/troubleshooting-adobe-creative-cloud-services/

Also, please have a look at this article and let us know if it helps?

Hi. Thank you for your response.

My font is listed as active (green check) in the CC app. (under Fonts)

"Adobe fonts" is enabled in the the CC app (Preferences > Creative Cloud)

The font is listed as "active" on my Adobe Fonts page (where it lists all my Adobe fonts)

The article you referenced did not provide any other suggestions.

Gail

Hi!

This happened to me once.  In my case, I had to disable a couple of my browser extensions ( I think it was Privacy Badger or uBlock Origin) for the adobe site.

I don't have many extensions, just the Amazon and Kindle ones.
