Fonts have stopped filtering CC 2019

All of a sudden, my fonts will not filter by style (serif, sans serif, etc.) Every time I try to filter, it shows "no matches found". I'm on Mac Mojave. I was on chat this morning for 2 hours and they couldn't figure it out. Also, all of my previously favorited fonts are now unfavorited. Any ideas?

Hi heidiw2674326,

Sorry that you fonts in Photoshop CC 2019 are not getting filtered by style after the recent app update. Could you please turn off Font Preview in Photoshop preferences? Choose Type > Font Preview Size and Select None.

Also, please check that the application is updated to the latest version, refer Keep Adobe Photoshop up to date
