Fonts in Photoshop

I've got photoshop 21.0.2 installed on my MacBook Air. But when I open the fonts, I get all these Hebrew/Arabic and Hindi font types. Also, there's a font called Noto Sans Armenian that only shows rectangles. I've added some pictures to illustrate this. My question: Can I remove these fonts? And how?
