Fonts not syncing with photoshop

Hey Guys,

I synced a couple of fonts with typekit and now can't search them on photoshop whereas they are all synced on the Typekit site.

Can anyone help?

    Toggle the font sync setting

    If your fonts have not synced, try turning off font sync in the Creative Cloud desktop application, wait a moment, and then turn it back on. The On/Off option is under the gear icon in Preferences > Creative Cloud > Fonts.

    This "correct" answer is not working. The ability to uncheck the box for syncing fonts is greyed out. Clicking the box to uncheck it does nothing.
