For real, how do you disable cloud saving in photoshop?

It seems there's been an update and the old answers I searched thoroughly for on these boards simply don't work so I'm asking again, how can we perminantly disable this annoying crap?

I seem to recall that some folks had to reset their preferences in order for the option to show.
