Hi PS Folks! Is there a way to convert a Frame by frame animation back to a regular PSD file where the individual layers are visible?
Here is a quick animation of what I'm talking about.

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?
If the Animation is Frame Animation do individual frames combine various visible Layers?
If so and you want one Layer for each Frame you could use »Flatten Frames into Layers« from the Animation Panel’s fly-out-menu or export a Image Sequence and then load the files into a Stack.

What are the Layers’ Opacity settings?

OMG! Every single layer is at 0% opacity! I swear, I was rolling my eyes at this suggestion, wondering how anyone could think that I rolled back the opacity on every single frame but went in to look, just to make sure, and sure enough....0%. That's how PS can run the frame.
Hah! Lesson learned. Thank you!!!

I've deleted all the frames (other than the first one that I can't delete), but the layers still only show the image in the first frame when I click on them. The layer icons show the changes in the image, but it won't show on the canvas. Does that make sense?

Have you tried »Delete Animation« from the Animation Panel’s fly-out-menu?

Thanks for the response. Yes, I tried that. It didn't work.
