Frame Tool

The frame tool was there 2 days ago but is now missing. I have shut down and restarted. I restored the toolbar defaults and I went in to edit the tool bar but it is not in there either. Everything online suggests that if I restore the tool bar defaults it will fix it but it hasn't. Anyone else have a similar problem? It's driving me crazy as I'm a basic user (I use Lightroom for editing primarily) and the frame tool is my go to for creating photo layouts. Please help?

That was the issue! For some reason, after it updated, it opened an old version. Weird! Problem solved. Thanks!

Hi Andrea,

Here's another way to look for a tool that you can't find:

  1. Click the Search button in the upper right
  2. Change the options from "All" to "Photoshop"
  3. Start to type the name of the tool, in this case "frame"
  4. Click the tool when you see it to select it
  5. PS will select the tool in the Tools panel, even if it is hidden (mine is)
