Free Transform controls via Cmd+T not appearing in 22.4.1

Hi,

since the latest update, when I engage the Free Transform tool via keyboard shortcut (Cmd+T), the controls do not appear.

I know I can check the 'Show Transform Tools' box, but that is not the answer to a problem I have not encounted in all my days of Ps use.

Has anyone else noticed this?

One thing I have noticed is if the layer is a Smart Object they appear without fail. With rasterised layers I get nothing.

Cheers, Matt

Could  be Adobe is having trouble  changing Photoshop 2021 GPU support. Adobe  has stopped supporting older GPU and upped the GPU VRAM requirement some user will need to update the hardware and software to use  Photoshop 2021. Processor requirements have also been upped some laptop users may nee to replace the laptop to use Photoshop 2021.
