From where can I find OpenGL setting in PS

The whole question will be moot pretty soon. Photoshop's entire GPU code is currently rewritten for DirectX/Metal, since OpenGL is no longer supported or developed in Windows or MacOS.

 

There are probably still a few functions that run in OpenGL, but they are getting fewer with every PS update.

Hi

Hit Ctrl + K to bring up the preferences, then click on the performance tab followed by advanced settings

Sorry, I misread your post, there's no setting for OpenGL, you can check for GPU compatibility in Photoshop version 2022 from the help menu
