May I ask why you would want to do that?

Hi

Go to Edit > Preferences > Interface, you can change the UI font size from there

I don't have access to Photoshop at the moment so can't verity, give it a try, there's also an option for UI Scaling, just remember to restart Photoshop after you make the change

As far as I know that isn't possible.

The font of the menus, messages and so on are fixed by the programmers and cann't be changed.
