Gallery Filter problem

Hi,
I'm on Photoshop CC2019 , and i have a big problem with the preview & render with Filters Gallery : Sketch. Here with Photocopy.
I have a Black render. Black Screen render.
I don't find a solution to resolve that ... ! Help me to correct this bug . Thank you.

je suis sous Photoshop CC2019 et j'ai un gros problème avec le preview et le rendu dans la Gallerie des Filtres : Esquisses. Ici avec Photocopie.
Je n'ai pas su encore résoudre ce problème. Merci de m'adier à le corriger et le fixer.

It's ok ! RESOLVE ! uninstall with all my presets ... and Reinstall ! All is ok now ! Thanks anyway.

Hi

Not having any issues with the Filter Gallery on version CC 2019, it could be related to your GPU driver, have you tried updating it from the manufacturers website

Also check to make sure Photoshop is seeing your GPU and that OpenCL is enabled

You might also want to try "Use Legacy Compositing" in the preferences under performance.

Check your foreground and background colours are set to black and white (or whatever combination you choose) before using Filter Gallery
