O Desfoque gaussiano ta com algum problema. Ele tá ficando com "linhas" na elipse. Já tentei mudar de cor, salvar em imagem e aplicar o efeito depois.. várias coisas e nada funciona!!! Não sei como arrumar isso

@HeloKaminski I don't see an issue on the examples you have shown - it could be a discrepancy between your bit depth of the image and the monitor resolution.

My laptop is a Dell G15; I looked at my iPhone, and I can see the lines too. Zoom in a bit on the image so we can see.
