Geforce RTX 3060 issues

Wondering if someone can help me , first time opening photoshop was greeted with the message in files box regarding my gpu , i have been through the forums although previous isssues seem to be in 2021 regarding my issue , anyway i have now downloaded the correct driver for the card (studio version) without any difference when reloading P.S , my graphics card is grey shaded in P.S options i tried reverting to an older version with no success , i have added adobe and sniffer onto the graphics card with no change when i load up P.S . all programmes and drivers are up to date my monitor is connected via hdmi cable to my tower and is my only screen, runninig out of ideas and threads to try fixes now. my P.c is only 2 months old and im still finding my way around it and windows 11 so be gentle with me please ! OK, let's try again: is this AMD Ryzen?

Some people have fixed diffuse problems on AMD with a BIOS update. Don't take my word for it, but worth checking.

I use an RTX 3060 myself and it has been rock solid.

its ok buddy i got intouch with support twice after they removed re-added programmes which caused the computer to freeze up, so i ended up reinstalling windows and taking the computer back to its basic form where reloading p.s back on i was not greeted with error messages ! computer runs a little slower now, i assume it had been tweaked to its peak when i bought it . i did try everything in those links before hand and i think tech support was struggling remotely they removed and reinstalled ps, they downloaded the gaming module for the graphics card even though i had the studio version installed nothing worked , but sorted now thanks !
