Generate fill does not work in Photoshop. It says that there is no internet connection. How can I make it work?

Hi @Kamilla98,
Thanks for reaching out. In addition to the expert suggestion shared earlier (https://adobe.ly/43QYJCy), here are a few more things you can try:
1. Even if you can browse the web, Photoshop’s Generative Fill needs specific access to Adobe servers. Try:
• Switching to another network (e.g., mobile hotspot) to test.
• Restarting your router & system.
2. Check Antivirus or Firewall Settings. Are you using Windows Defender or any third-party antivirus/firewall, as these can sometimes block access to Adobe services? If yes, as the expert suggested earlier, add the Adobe network endpoints to your firewall/antivirus whitelist, as listed here: https://adobe.ly/43QYJCy
3. Refer to this Correct Answer on this similar community post: https://adobe.ly/451nL32
If the issue still persists, please provide:
• Your operating system (Windows/Mac + version).
• Your Photoshop version number.
• A screenshot of the full error message.
• Whether Generative AI features work in other Adobe apps (if you have them).
• Did this start recently, or has it never worked on your system?
These details will help us investigate further and give you targeted support. Let us know!
Best,
Anshul Saini
