Hello,

if you try to generate normal map from height map and put on tick "Invert height' to get Open-GL it also flips the red channel which must be untouched. It must only flip green channel. Sadly now we have to fix hundreds normal maps by hand because of the bug.

Best regards,

Petr

HEllo, the 3D functions of Photoshop are going away, usually, the recommendation to continue working with them is to deactivate the native canvas in Photoshop/Preferences/Technoloy Previews.

Given the sunsetting of 3D in Photoshop, I would not expect it to be fixed.

Could an action help in this case? Flip the red, then the normal map height inversion?
