Generative ai aborts after clicking generate, not showing any result (25.6.0)

HelloI have the problem that generative ai is not working. I have CC on my company laptop installed.Choosing area and entering promptAfter sending the promptAfter progress bar reaches end it goes back to the prompt window and nothing changesHow can I fix this?BestLeif

Hey, @Leif36846259dpt2. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community, and the subscription is associated with an enterprise.

This is a company machine, so an IT team might be managing the device. Ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted.

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.

On the other side, they can check with the Enterprise subscription Admin to understand if you have the required access: https://adobe.ly/3WEFitJ
