Generative AI button is greyed out cant add my DOB

Hi Guys, I signed up today for the 7-day trial. I am wondering if someone can solve my issue. I downloaded Pshop and then PS beta but can't see the Gen AI button. I am on a Mac 16"
I read I needed to add my DOB but can't as it's not visible in my Adobe or Behance account. 
Can anyone advise how I get the Gen AI button to be visible?

Try these three steps, starting with: Sign out and sign back in to both the Creative Cloud Desktop app and the Photoshop (beta) app.
