My generative AI function has not been working for a few days, it takes too long to load, and it always eventually leads to "service not responding, check your internet...".
I've tried to use the generative fill on several materials that have been successfully edited before, internet working fine (tried using different wifi and my own phone personal hotspot), tried uninstalling and installing it over and over. Now I'm trying to install the beta version to see if it will work or not.
Can anyone please help me 😞

Hey, @shuhaibel367118036pqc. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community, and I found active subscriptions.
However, you've exhausted your Generative credit balance in your account. Generative credit counts reset each month. After the plan-specific number of generative credits is reached, you can keep taking generative AI actions to create vector graphics or standard-resolution images*, but using those generative AI features may be slower.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hey, @VTLM. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community, and I couldn't find an active subscription.
Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted. Head here for the list: https://adobe.ly/4dyUFKe
You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.
Let me know if this helps.

OK so Adobe replies when it is subscription (money) based but all the other posts with the same issue there is not a single answer from Adobe themselves? I have the same issue and it is not firewall related. How do we check the status of the Adobe servers? How do we get more detailed error information? Is there an IP address I can ping?
