I want to use generative expand feature to expand background on my photos, so I can have better aspect ratio. I shoot DSLR photos with 3/2 aspect and I would like to have 5/4 aspect. Generative expand is great for that.
However, I can't use it when my photo contains model in lingerie. I got error about violation of guidelines.
I found workaround, I need to remove model from the photo (make selection and erase), then it works.
My question is, is there any way to make it work without this error? Why expand validates interior of my photo if it's not used for expansion because it's not on edges? I understand that AI in PS should not be used to generate nudes, but why scenario I described above is the problem?

@Jacek Poplawski Generative Expand or Fill is not violating based on your original image so it's unclear why you are getting a violation. It could just be a false flag.

I was able to reproduce this issue many times. Looks like the whole output image is rated not just the generated part.
Also I don't understand why this is violation, I pay for subscription of LR/PS to use it with my model shoots.

This thread has hundreds of replies with many users who have lingerie or other model style images. The whole image is not rated.

I don't understand. I reproduced this issue with many photos, so I see clearly that content of image is the case. Removing model fixes the issue. I use no prompt at all.

Even though the expansion does not contain unsupported content, it appears that the evaluation used to create the expansion does.

@Jacek Poplawski thats the issue - use a prompt and see if you still get an issue. As noted in that thread, not entering a prompt causes a bug where you get a false flag.

I can add that this may happen randomly even in images without anything even remotely resembling a nude or other banned content. Like a shot of an island surrounded by water. Regenerating usually helps if tehere really is nothing bad in the image. This is a very young feature, still buggy.
