Generative Expand in Photoshop is blocked when Firefly credits are 0 – but it should be a standard

Hello Adobe team,
I'm using the Photography Plan (20 GB), and Generative Expand in Photoshop is currently unavailable because my Firefly generative credits are exhausted.

However, according to Adobe documentation, this feature is supposed to be included in the standard plan and should not require credits. I've already signed out and back in, but the issue persists.

Please investigate and fix this, as many users — including myself — rely on Generative Expand as a core feature of our workflow.

Thank you!

As a workaround, you might be able to extend the canvas and use content aware fill. I have a script which automates bleed generation, which can also be used for canvas extension:
