Generative Expand restricted.

I am working on some fine art, nude photographs and whenever I try to use the 'Generative Expand' tool I get this message:
"We encountered an issue with your results. Please view our guidelines and try again, or if you think this was an error, provide feedback."
I have provided feedback several times but nothing ever changes and I never here from Adobe. WHat can I do to stop this from happening so that I can us e the generative expand feature?

I don't think it's pro[gr]amming [at issue] but ethics.

THanks for your message, however it wasn't grammatically correct so it was
somewhat cryptic.
Are you saying that it is 'not programming for ethics'?
And I have no idea what you mean by "a few regard nudity"?

The Adobe AI tools are specifically built to be "Safe for Work", as these same tools are used in corporate, government, and educational settings. To prevent returning results which include nudity, whether intentionally or accidentally, images which contain it are regulated.
It's an area I bump up against quite often when editing my photography as well. My solution is simple enough: simply clothe your subject virtually, perform the AI work, and then remove the clothes. I generally just use the Shape tool (make sure it is set to Shape and not Pixels or Path), draw a solid color rectangle over the torso of the model, and then delete the layer when done. Anything that obscures the NSFW material should work though.

I have a similar problem. Generative Expand is by far to restrictive. Totally unusable.
I have a non nude model in the image and simply try to expand the forest scene around her, result:
You must pay for something that doesn't work 🤬. That's typical for scam company Adobe.
The best: even if you can't use the result, it drops your credits of 250 free Generative Fill/Expand. 🤬
Even if you have nude models in it, that's not of Adobe's business. It also reveals, that Adobe is clearly spying on your images. 🤬

When you are sending data to Adobe servers (for Firefly-processing) that is data on Adobe servers, so guess what? Adobe has to try to make sure they are not involved in illegal activities and therefore needs to check.
That the check is extremely »sensitive« is another issue and hopefully it will be addressed sometime, but who knows?
Did you not figure out a work-around (cover up the person/s in the image with a Solid Color Layer temporarily for example before expanding)?
