Generative Fill and Expand not working (possibly due to a Windows 11 update?)

Since upgrading a PC to Windows 11, Adobe Generative Fill / Expand / Vectors across all the software has ceased working. I have tried using it on older versions of all the software, current versions and Beta versions with no luck. I have tried all the suggestions with the preferences (resetting, turning off Graphics processors etc). I have looked through forums, used Chat GPT and tried everything that has been recommended. I have checked my Adobe account and have the full amount of generative credits.

Yet every time I try to use a Generative fill I still just get the 'We've encountered an issue and can't complete you're request at this time. Please try again later' message in orange appear on the screen, and the selection I have made for the generative fill gives 3 completely black variations in the properties panel. If I'm trying to expand an image, it just gives the above message, leaving the image the same size.

I am fully connected to the internet, and signed into my Adobe account through all the software, and the problem has now persisted for 2 days. Has anybody else had this problem? I have a feeling it may be Windows 11 related, as it all worked fine with Windows 10, and I have many other colleagues using Macs who do not experience this problem at all.

Any help would be hugely appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hey, @andym81928985. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found two profiles, one with an active subscription.

There are a few layers to this:

If an IT team manages the device, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkga

You can also try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on a different/alternate device & internet network to rule out if it's a network issue.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
