Generative Fill doesn't work

Question

Hi - I'm trying to remove green background and replace it with Generative Fill but I keep getting a message that this cannot be done and a tip to review the guidilines. I use the same prompt that I've been using for months with no issues -- "blurred room". How to fix this? Restating Photoshop and my Mac hasn't helped ))

Sorry you're running into trouble. Could you share a bit more about what’s going on? Let us know which version of Photoshop you're using, and whether this happens with all images or just certain ones. If you're able to share a screenshot of the image you're working on, that would really help us get a better idea of the issue.
