Generative fill error

Hello. I'm having problems with the official version of Photoshop
I updated to the latest version at Creative Cloud and am having an error when using Generative fill.
Just stop here (Pts don't hang, "Cancel" still uses normal Pts)
I have tried installing the latest pts Beta and can still use Generative fill normally

Hey, @Gucci1102. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community, and I found active subscriptions.

 

However, you've exhausted your Generative credit balance in your account. Generative credit counts reset each month. After the plan-specific number of generative credits is reached, you can keep taking generative AI actions to create vector graphics or standard-resolution images*, but using those generative AI features may be slower.
