Generative Fill Greyed out (again)

I'm very confused on why generative fill is greyed out after updating photoshop to 25.7.0. It was working fine prior to the update, but now it's greyed out. (See image: example-genfill-1 )

Funnily enough, the files I used it with are able to swap between the 3 versions that the AI popped out, but I can't request it do anything else. (See image: example-genfill-2)

This has happened to me before, but it started working randomly one day. Sadly, after updating today, it's greyed out again. 

Is there any way to fix this? 

Please Note:
- Credits are full
- I have added a bebance account to add the elusive D.O.B..
  -- I added the account previously when it was greyed out.

  -- Never could find the DOB in profile.. nor was I prompted to add it on login.
  -- Tested fully logging out of everything and back in and was never prompted to add.
  -- Tried 3 fresh browsers.
