Generative Fill Guidelines Violation

Generative fill is giving me an error, "The generated images were removed because they violate user guidelines." The prompt that generates this error is "add drag queen."  Is this a result of some specific policy?  As a drag queen myself, I'd like to know the basis of this messsage.  Thanks.

It says "View Guideines." Did that give a clue?
