Generative Fill is unvailable - Ps version 25.9.1

I have a problem. I need to use the 'Generative Fill' tool and it appears that it is not available. In the Beta version it works but in Photoshop it doesn't work. I need to solve it.

What it worked for me was to logout my Adobe account from PS. Once you do this, it will close the app. Then, I've re opened the app, and logged back ... and started working again.
