generative fill load to 100% and stuck no results

Ok, so it has been super annoying to face this issue repeatiatively in almost every updates. What is the point of updating if a feature doesn't stay stable?  My Photoshop v25.6 and Photoshop Beta v25.8 none of them work when I try generative fill or generative expand. And I have tried 2 of my working PCs alongside one of my laptops. Also tried resetting network, changing from broadband to mobile data to neighbor's wifi. None of them worked. Everytime it goes to 100% and stucks forever. I also tried the web version and same thing happened. It worked fine until yesterday. At this point I am not sure why I am going to pay the additional fee from upcoming month.
