Generative Fill no longer responding - Both the beta 26.3 & 26.1.0 release

For the past 24 hrs and counting - on the beta and official release version of Photoshop - I've received the following message after watching the green progress bar for a couple of minutes: "The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again." With these same versions, it was working just fine the day before.

My internet is fine. Speedtest shows it's solid both upload and download. The internet worked before, during, and after each attempt to expand an image. With or without a prompt. Size of image doesn't matter - tried several.  I'm on Windows 11 latest updates installed. 32GB memory, 16GB nVidia graphics card. I've rebooted several times. 

Anyone else having this issue? Any thoughts on how to fix it. These kinds of issues waste hours of time!

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Try checking the windows firewall and reset it to the default configuration and see if that resolves the issue.
