Generative Fill not available (greyed out), Photoshop 25.0

Hello, i am trying to use the Generative Fill possibilities in AdobePhotoshop. I have installed the latest version (Photoshop 25.0.0.), i have given the correct age (over 18 years), i am on an company account from my university, we have even installed a new account on a different email, but still = generative fill is not available (see screenshot).

My System is Mac OS Monterey 12.6.5, which – as of Adobe Specifications – should be fine, my Mac is a MacBookPro from 2018 with 32GB RAM. 

Whenever i startup Photoshop is says, my System is not compatible. But Generative Fill was already working on the beta Version of Photoshop. 
I do not want to update my system for the moment, as i need other software which might no longer be compatible with newer versions. 

What shall i do to make Generative Fill working in Photoshop?

thank you for answering. i want to add, that ai generative elements are working on illustrator on the same machine. In the meantime i have deleted Photoshop and reinstalled via cloud, but same situation as before "currently unavailable". Sent you system info.

Ai in Illustrator is different than Photoshop the two don't conflate. Contact your IT/Adobe program admin for the college and confirm that they are allowing access. They have controls via the Adobe Admin console that may be preventing this. That would explain why two different accounts cannot run.
