Generative fill not loading results on both latest versions (250 credits )

Version of the app: 25.1 and 25.0

Platform: MacBook mid-2014 OS version: 11.7.10 (20G1427)

I have purchased the Photoshop 2024 version and here are all the fixes I have tried before posting 

• restarting the app/ device
• clearing cache/ purge
• increasing usage
• making small selections/minimizing the selection space
• restarting the router and checking internet speed (its above 20mb)
• also it was working fine in the beginning with the updates (of app and device) however now for some reason it has stopped generating any results and keeps showing error varying from connectvity to no server response and all.

It's either stuck on loading bar for too long or if it stops it shows a list of errors "service issue" "internet connection error" etc. 

Can someone please give an actual technical solution that works and is different from the basic ones that I have already tried?
