Generative Fill not working

I've updated the latest version of Photoshop and its still giving me an error message when I want to use generative fill. Any way to resolve this?

Could it be a Firewall issue?

Same problem here as in the thread that was started on Feb 12.

Generative fill doesn't work and gives "To access Firefly-powered features within Adobe apps you must have genuine Adobe apps." We're using Photoshop on university computers/university lisence and it has worked fine until now.
