Generative fill resolution limit?

Is it correct, that resolution limit of generative fill in Photoshop was increased from 1024 pixels to 2000 pixels? 

Here Adobe mansions the 2000 pixels limit

But only for firefly.

Is it the same limit for generative fill?

@einzelbild just tested and is works on a 2000 * 2000 px image
