Generative Fill taking too much Time Morethan 30mins

Hi , Im using  monthly US 9.99 Subscribtion plan . from this 25th of april my generative fill option is too much slow .  sometimes it takes more than 30 minutes or sometiome its not working  .  after this , i tried beta version and tried genarative fill option , its much beter than my PS . not too much quick but it will take like 10 mins , why is that ?
