Great question. I noticed today that Generative Fill is now part of the main PhotoShop app and no longer something you have to do in the separate Beta. But (sadly) I accidently caused the toolbar to disappear and there appears to be no option to cause it to reappear. Help has no help, lol. Long time photoshop user here, since 1996. Generally I can find my around around, but not this time.

Yes, in the new version out this week, Generative Fill is now in the released version of Photoshop.

The toolbar you closed is the Contextual Task Bar and can be found at the bottom of the Window menu with the other panels.
