Generator error when exporting in Photoshop

I'm getting a Generator error in Photoshop when trying to export images. I realize you have other threads about how to fix this issue, but I don't even know how to open Malebytes to follow any steps to fix the issue.

I chatted with Adobe Support. They asked if I would share my screen, which I happily did. We ended up opening a previously downloaded tool called Malwarebytes Support Tool (see screenshot below) because I couldn't seem to find the actual program on my computer (maybe a setting with IT as this is my work computer?)...We went in to the Malwarebytes Support Tool and clicked  "Start Repair" and when repair was complete it prompted me to reboot. Once I rebooted, the generator problem no longer existed!
