Getting a grey screen when photoshop opens

I just uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop via creative cloud and this is what I get when I open photoshop. I'm not very good with doing technical things, so step by step instructions would help a lot. If you know where I can find help please let me know! I use photoshop for my work and this is very frustrating.
