Getting Downloaded Adobe cclibs files into PS library

Question

Downloaded some cclibs files (textures and brushes) from an Adobe email and while I got them into cclibrary>files, I can't figure out how to brushes into the PS brushes tab containing the rest of mybrushes.

Note: I see and can access files in the PS library tab but just can't place the brushes into the brushes tab

Looked everywhere for a solution with no luck.

Any suggestions/procedures?

Currently running PS 24.4.1 and MacOS 13.3.1

In photoshop select the Brush Tool, click on one of the Brushes in the Libraries panel, from the Brush Picker flyout menu create a New Brush Preset. Repeat for each brush in your Libraries panel.
