Getting Magenta Color Cast when sending B&W images for print using PS

I hope someone can shed some light on the problem that I am having and help me resolve it! I am getting a Magenta color cast when I am sending my Black & White images for print including Blurb. I did my color management inside Photoshop: Converted profile to sRGB > Adobe (ACE) Engine and Perceptual Intent > Use Black Point Compensation > Flatten Image to Preserve Appearance. Thank you

Black and white images are the most challenging to print. It only takes a slight shift in one color of ink to throw the neutral balance off. I have tried both RGB and CMYK black and white images with blurb, and both came out slightly green for me. If your image is a completely neutral RGB image, then the color problem is with the printer, not Photoshop. One solution is to print with black ink only (greyscale), but the result will not be as rich as an image printed properly with all colors.

Thank you Theresa. I appreciate your respond. That was my first print with Blurb. The print quality were beyond my expectations, but you could clearly see the magenta color cast with my black & white images. You will think their print should print clean black & White. Did they manage to resolve the slight green color cast that you had? I love the quality of their print but In need to have clean print with no color cast to them. I made sure all my black and white images were outside zone 0, 1, 9 and 10. Thank you.
