Getting rid of “outline halos” from a iPhone HEIC File image possibly with A.I.

When taking photos with an iPhone, the file is an HEIC. With some photos (especially buildings, bridges, and other objects in the background), there is an “outline halo” around the object in the image with an HEIC file. I usually remove the outline halo by either tracing around with the Remove Tool or use the Cloning Tool. It works but is very time consuming. Is there a quicker way (possibly through Photoshop's A.I.) that will quickly recognize this outline halo, analyze it, and get rid of it? It would save a great deal of time.

Hey, @Bruce30271199ivx2. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Please share a sample image and a reference image of your desired result.

There could be many other ways to achieve this. I found some conversations that suggest the following:

Select the subject

Use Filter > Other > Minimum.

Here is a short video that I found that uses this technique: https://adobe.ly/3RFGSaZ

I hope this helps. Thanks!
