GIF export errors, white frames

Hello!

My 11 frame GIF file is only showing the first two frames, then something small in the corner with all white. 

 

I followed the instructions on Adobe's site here, currently can't get past the "Save for Web" portion. I can preview the animation on photoshop fine, it looks like this screen recording:

 

 

But when I preview in the "Save for Web" tab or export it, it looks like this below. Any idea what's happening here? Much appreciated!

    For anyone who is struggling with this issue as I did, it seems partly to do with how big the import file is. I had this issue when i imported a video-to-frames that was around 22mb. I went back and compressed that video a bit and it works fine now. Not sure if that is the actual reason or not, but it worked good for me.
