gif not moving when i make a vector mask

So basically i made a gif of moving purple glitter and i copied all frames and pasted it in my psd of the model. I have to change her lips to look like animated glitter

and my problem with that is, every time i move the gif over the lips then outline the lips with the polygonal lasso tool then vector mask it so the lips are now the shape of the glitter gif, the gif stops moving and doesnt transfer over to the other frames. i clicked match all frames and it just doesnt work. HELP 😞
