Glitch Photoshop

When I use artboards in my file this glitch appears when I try to zoom in the image and move any item

 

For example in this image I tried to move the pink button in my design

 

 

My sistem is Windows 11

AMD Ryzen 7 5700G

32gb RAM
Nvidia 3080ti

    G at the end of 7 5700G means there is an integrated GPU unit. Please try to disable the integrated GPU completely because that is probably what is causing the problem.
