Hi guys!
I want to ask how can i achieve this effect in photoshop without actually splashing my face with the colors.
1 Correct answer
Hi Bahaar
I took an image and used Hue & Saturation with colorize to turn it dark and blue
Then another masked curve to lighten the eye
After that it was just a combination on brushes (mainly soft round and scatter - the latter with a wide spacing) painted on to a couple of new layers set to screen blending mode. I did this with just three colours - Red - Yellow and white.
Finally another curve just to bring out more contrast
Hope that gets you started
