Going from big screen to laptop. How do I make my Photoshop fit lap top. Can't get to bottom R of window to resize it to fit laptop. Thanks!

If your Photoshop UI does not fit on on your laptop's display if you using windows 10 check your display windows scaling setting if its above 100% set to 100%  Photoshop scales it UI using that setting.
