Photoshop requires a GPU with DirectX 12 support and 1.5 GB of GPU memory (VRAM):
Your GPU supports DirectX 12 and should have enough VRAM. It's fairly old, however.
What does the GPU compatibility check window under Help > GPU Compatibility say?

Like allways...adobe is a company that simply don't care about customers. User must hunt internet for workaround. Why must use procesor ??? disable dedicated gpu is a masiv downgrade in procesing. Stop suport for computers still very good only because adobe is too lazzy to code a way to use some function a litle old is up to me. A computer grafics that is no more old than 10 year....is simply counterintuitive, counter ecological , countereconomical...

You are way off the mark with your comments. Adobe has been revising the core code in Photoshop to make more use of the processing capabilities of GPUs. This is very sensible, with the larger images and functions that the software must now handle. Nothing to do with laziness, quite the opposite, it is to do with bringing the functionality up to date and then stepping forward with the speed and capabilities that modern GPUs enable.

thanks for your times for reply.
So... this company tels me that an laptop that was more than 1500 bucks, it is not good for a very crowded app and full of bug that i have in last 10 year...
They want me to pay a ridicoulus amount of money, but dont care to do a litle efort tu suport milions of customers ( internet is full of this problem in last couple of years).
they say to me that
Fail: DirectX feature level 11.0 available, feature level 12.0 required Pass: OpenGL available Pass: DirectX available Pass: Above required VRAM (2001 MB of 1500 MB required) GPU Detected: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M (NVIDIA).
A 1,5 gb of ram is not suficient for this crappy app... come on, we dont decod adn here...Every problem can be solved with tool we have and with much more or less time. At least from an engineer perspectiv, i dont mind to wait 10 second to make what it makes without LEVEL INFINITE OF DIRECT X...
P.S. no personal flame intended for anyone. I put this only for adobe, even if i am sure that for this company...customers simple don't care. That is obvious , past 40 years, of bugs, scratch head, support most of the time 0 for payng customers, glitchy software, inacurate use of resource, incompatible software ocasionaly and other one hundreds of problem that transfers from version to version... Mostly for profit and not to invest in a real solid software ( even i highly respect genius coders from behind scene, i am higly reluctant about staff itself). They push hardware in monopol acords with MICRO$. hardware producer and big retailers, practice a very high price for what it ofer (lock at others competitors and you will see price ten times lower in the long run etc),. Have a policy based on profit not on customers support. And no... i am not a concurent, i am simply it guy that need to suport computers for this piece of ... that need repaired weekly or daily in some cases... And i realy dont care too much, but i see lot of advertiser that say this is the way if you want to be a pro... Come on, this is a joke from my perspecctiv, use your brain and you can do what you want with at least five diferent app... (myabe not in same time, but sure with least expense and lower minimum requirements)
