Gradient Editor won't let you duplicate stops properly

When you hold down Option and drag an existing gradient stop, Photoshop should duplicate the stop and drop it wherever you release the mouse button. Instead, it duplicates the stop and drops it at location 0%. This is Photoshop 25.1.0 on macOS 13.5.2.

Sounds like an issue with the Mac version then.

Yes i see that with photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.1) on macOS Sonoma 14.1 and in fact on every photoshop version on this system which includes photoshop 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

@Kris Hunt it's working as it should for me with Photoshop version 25.1 on Windows 10, try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences
