Gradient issue

Hi, I have an issue with the gradient tool.
I have to use colors with no black (K 0%)

I choose my colors, see there is no black in both colors, use the gradient and he is putting like a grey base under. I switch all channels (cmyk, cyan, magenta, yellow) and here it is - black/grey.
Anyone can help me with this?
I use MacOS Monterey, photoshop 23.0.1

Thabk you!

I can closely mimic this issue with adjusting some settings but not getting the black channel issue specifically.

Could you attach the example work file you are showing us?

Hi there,

I will attach some photos. You can see the colors I am using, something goes wrong (may be some settings I am not aware of) and it changes the color, using black.

Just want to check that you are controlling your gradient colors from the gradient editor Panel. That is where the color/opacity gets pulled from when creating a gradient and can be different than your color panel.
