Photoshop version: 25.7.0
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 (Build 19045.4291)

Issue: If the gradient tab is selected it will fail to render properly. Additionally, it causes the application to freeze indefinitely on startup if it was the last selected tab in the previous session.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open either an existing project or a blank one.
2. Select the gradient tab, it will now fail to render properly.
3. Close the application with the gradient tab still selected.
4. Open either an existing project or a blank one, the application will now freeze indefinitely.
Expected result: The tab should render properly and not cause an application freeze on startup.
Actual result: The tab does not render properly and causes the application to freeze on startup.
The embedded video shows the problem in action and follows the above steps.

@astronbaronlyku07 I can't reproduce the issue on my system with Photoshop version 25.7, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences
https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

No, I had not tried that before posting this as I didn't know the folder location for preferences and it didn't cross my mind as a potential fix.
I did however try it before posting this reply and it seems to have resolved the issue.
I'm not sure how preferences can cause such an issue to occur, it seems odd and pretty unrelated.

@astronbaronlyku07 the preferences folder is written to every time you make changes to the Photoshop interface etc, sometimes these settings can become corrupt, so resetting the preferences restores Photoshop to its default state and usually fixes erratic behaviour.
