all drivers and program are up to date.

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable “Older GPU mode (pre 2016)” - Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

Yes, enable GPU 2016 solves this issue. Thank you!

But how can it be, the GPU is newer than 2016 and the driver is also up to date.

if i make the layer invisible and visible again, it shows the result correctly:
